Meet Our Leadership Team
Chief Executive Officer
Josh co-founded ILC with William (Bill) Arrants in 2006. Together their mission is to support disabled people in living a fulfilling life.
One of the things he enjoys most about his job is working alongside talented people — both the individuals ILC serves and the employees.
Josh grew up in Alliance, Nebraska. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, flying, and spending time with family.
Josh received his Business Administration degree from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.
Director of Operations
Bev brings more than 30 years of experience in the field of developmental disabilities to her job as Director of Operations at ILC.
In her role, Bev is responsible for improving the quality of supports, including activities such as mock certification reviews and the development of policy and procedures to meet state and federal regulations.
Bev enjoys helping others, spending her time advocating for individuals’ rights.
Bev is married and loves to spend time with her family. She has three daughters, two step-sons, and eight grandchildren. Bev has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Doane College.
Director of Finance
Justin enjoys working with ILC’s talented employees to help enrich the lives of ILC’s clients.
While not in the office, Justin spends his time reading, watching basketball, and traveling.
Justin graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
Director of Personnel
Becky has worked in the human resources field since 2000.
As Director of Personnel, she is responsible for recruiting talent, training staff and managing employee relations and benefits.
Becky’s favorite part of her job is supporting ILC in its mission to meet people’s needs with the best person-centered approach.
In her free time, Becky enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters, watching movies and taking family vacations.
She has a Bachelor of Public Administration with an emphasis in Public Service from Park University.
Area Director of Southeast Services
Denise brings 20 years of experience supporting people with developmental disabilities to her position as the ILC Director for the Southeast Area.
Throughout her career, Denise has worked in nearly every service line and position, from direct support to administration.
With so much experience, she prides herself in understanding the value in the services needed while creating unique supports in the ever-changing field of human services.
When not at work, Denise enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two quick-witted boys.
Denise holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Relations from Doane University.
Area Director of Central Services
Tinera’s career with ILC began in 2008. She started as a Direct Support Professional and immediately fell in love with the field. Within a year, Tinera was promoted to the Residential Manager role where she learned the intricacies of writing support programs and the dichotomies of leadership. By 2014, her caseload had grown, and she transitioned into the Residential Coordinator role where she oversaw ILC’s largest and most diverse residential program. In this role, Tinera was responsible for leading the development of staff and managers in their pursuit of delivering the hopes and dreams of the people we support.
While working with ILC, she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. Additionally, Tinera became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in August of 2019.
When she is not working, Tinera enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids. They enjoy random trips, concerts, and anything outdoors (fishing, hunting, golf, softball and volleyball).
Area Director of Eastern Services
Hope has her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorder Sciences and brings 14 years of experience in the field of developmental disabilities including direct support, teaching behavior management strategies to children, families and teachers, Public Health Surveyor/Consultant, and DD Service Coordination.
She enjoys learning new things and is a firm believer you always learn something new from those you meet. Hope is also passionate about sharing knowledge with young professionals in this field to ensure the future services of this field continue to advance.
She spends any free time with friends and family, most importantly with her husband of 9 years and her adventurous 6 year old.
Area Director of Northern Services
Leslie has been working in Human Services for several years. She started with youth services and geriatric care while in college. She has 2 years of experience in mental health field and 14 years of experience with developmental disabilities in the Northeast area. Human Services has always been her passion, helping others reach their full potential, while providing unique supports. Leslie enjoys putting on community events, and advocating for those individuals served. Leslie spends her free time with her blended family, her husband of 8 years and their 5 children. Leslie enjoys camping, movies, and spending time with her friends.
Area Director of Western Services
Renee has more than 20 years of experience in the field of human services.
As Director of Western Services, she is responsible for growth, community integration, and oversight of all services for the that area.
Renee enjoys working for ILC because she believes deeply in its core values, emphasizing them in her daily work.
In fact, she makes a point to ensure every individual supported receives excellent, individualized services while making friendships and learning skills to promote community awareness and pride in their accomplishments.
Renee spends her free time with family and friends.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts with an emphasis in Psychology and Human Services from Chadron State College.
William (Bill) Arrants
Bill co-founded ILC with Joshua Midgett in 2006. Today he is the President of the Texas region, which means he is responsible for ensuring ILC meets its mission and core values while supporting clients in Texas.
When Bill isn’t working, he can be found on the water — either fishing or boating with his friends and family.
Bill is married to Ashlynn and together they have two children Jacob and Andrew.
Bill graduated from Bellevue University with a degree in Health Care Management.
Area Director for the Colorado Region
Shanda has 17 years of experience working in the field of developmental disabilities.
As Area Director for the Colorado Region, Shanda is responsible for development and oversight of services for people that ILC supports.
She is passionate about assisting others attain a fulfilling and rich life.
In her free time, Shanda enjoys spending time with her two sons and dogs, volunteering, and riding her Harley.
Shanda attended Kearney State College.
