Joshua Midgett | Chief Executive Officer
Josh received his Business Administration degree from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. He started ILC with the mission to support people in living a fulfilling life. Josh is responsible for ILC’s contract development, finances and vocational services. Josh enjoys working alongside talented people, both those ILC serves and the team of employees. Josh grew up in Alliance, Nebraska, and in his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, flying and spending time with family.
Bev Mayfield | Director of Operations
As Director of Operations at ILC, Bev is responsible for all aspects of improving the quality of supports, including activities such as mock certification reviews and the development of policy and procedures to meet State and Federal Regulations. Bev enjoys helping others, advocating for individuals’ rights and sharing her work experiences. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Doane College and over 30 years of experience in the field of developmental disabilities including direct support, service coordination, and as a State Surveyor to name a few. Bev is married, has 3 daughters, 2 step-sons, and 8 grandchildren. She loves to spend time with her family, golfing, reading, watching movies and traveling.
Justin Solomon | Director of Finance
As Director of Finance, Justin is responsible for financial management, analysis, and reporting, as well as other corporate functions including payroll, accounts receivable/payable, and candidate recruitment. Justin enjoys working with ILC’s talented employees to help enrich the lives of the people we support. Justin graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2010 and joined the ILC team shortly after. While not in the office, Justin spends his time reading, watching basketball, and traveling.
Becky Miratsky | Director of Personnel
As Director of Personnel, Becky is responsible for the human resources and training functions, including recruiting, employee relations, benefits, staff training, and manager training. Becky enjoys supporting ILC employees and management in their mission to provide the best person-centered supports to meet people’s needs throughout their lives. She has a Bachelor of Public Administration with an emphasis in Public Service from Park University and has worked in the human resources field since 2000. Becky enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters, watching movies and taking family vacations.
Angela Gibson | Area Director of Eastern Services
Angela has been with ILC since 2011, and has been working in the Human Services and Health Care department for over 14 years, starting as a CNA in geriatric services, then youth services, adult mental health services, and now in the field of Developmental Disabilities. Her education is a BA and MA in social work. In DD services, she is focused on supporting the people we serve to be as independent as possible, teaching the people we support to advocate for themselves. She also enjoys training and taking part in community outreach/education opportunities.
Denise Kraus | Area Director of Southeast Services
Denise has her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Relations from Doane University and brings 20 years of experience supporting people with developmental disabilities to her position as the ILC Director for the Southeast Area. Denise has worked in nearly every service line and position, from direct support to administration. Denise prides herself in understanding the value in the services needed while creating unique supports in the ever-changing field of Human Services. Denise enjoys spending quality time with her family. She has two quick-witted boys, Dylan and Brandon. Denise also enjoys going to the movies and attempting to golf with her amazing husband of 18 years, Shawn.
Leslie Boyer | Area Director of Northern Services
Bill Arrants | Area President-Texas
William Arrants, better known as Bill, is one of the founders of ILC and the President in Texas. Bill is responsible for ensuring ILC meets its mission and core values while supporting people in Texas. Bill is a graduate of Bellevue University and has found his degree in Health Care Management very helpful as ILC continues to grow. Bill is married to Ashlynn and together they have two children Jacob and Andrew. You will often find Bill on the water either fishing or boating during his free time with friends and family.
Shanda McClaren | Area Director for the Colorado Region
As Area Director for the Colorado Region for ILC, Shanda is responsible for development and oversight of services for people that ILC supports. Shanda attended Kearney State College and has 17 years in the DD field. She is passionate about assisting others attain a fulfilling and rich life. She enjoys spending time with her two sons, dogs, volunteering and riding her Harley.
Renee Pardue | Area Director of Western Services
Renee graduated with a Bachelor of Arts with an emphasis in Psychology and Human Services from Chadron State College. Renee has over 20 years of experience in the field of human services. Renee is responsible for growth, community integration, and oversight of all services for the Western area. Renee believes in ILC’s core values and emphasizes these values in her daily work with individuals ILC supports. Renee makes a point to ensure every individual supported receives excellent, individualized services while making friendships and learning skills to promote community awareness and pride in their accomplishments. Renee spends any free time she has with family and friends.
