ILC is working on the front lines for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. After experiencing some of the issues facing our communities, we decided we could provide an improved experience for everyone involved.

Since then, we have been working tirelessly to fill the gaps and make important services more readily accessible to those who need them.

Meet Our Leadership Team

Joshua Midget

Chief Executive Officer

Josh co-founded ILC with William (Bill) Arrants in 2006. Together their mission is to support disabled people in living a fulfilling life.

One of the things he enjoys most about his job is working alongside talented people — both the individuals ILC serves and the employees.

Josh grew up in Alliance, Nebraska. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, flying, and spending time with family.

Josh received his Business Administration degree from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.

Justin Solomon

Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer at ILC, Justin is responsible for ILC’s operations across Nebraska, Colorado, and Texas, as well as ILC’s financial management, analysis, and reporting.

Justin enjoys working with ILC’s talented employees to help enrich the lives of the people ILC supports.

While not in the office, Justin spends his time reading, watching basketball, and traveling.

Justin graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Jennifer Wells

Chief Quality officer

Jenn is responsible for ILC’s clinical services, quality assurance functions, medical oversight, and compliance with state rules and regulations.

Jenn joined ILC full-time in 2012 after serving as a contract Registered Nurse (RN) since 2009. She graduated with her RN from Bryan Nursing Schools in Lincoln, NE and has been a registered nurse for 20 years.

Before joining ILC, Jenn worked as a Progressive Care and Cardiac Unit nurse at Bryan Hospital.

Jenn is married with three extremely busy children and enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching her children’s sporting events, and any time she can spend in the mountains!

Becky Miratsky

Chief People Officer

Becky has worked in the human resources field since 2000.

As CPO, she is responsible for recruiting talent, training staff and managing employee relations and benefits.

Becky’s favorite part of her job is supporting ILC in its mission to meet people’s needs with the best person-centered approach.

In her free time, Becky enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters, watching movies and taking family vacations.

She has a Bachelor of Public Administration with an emphasis in Public Service from Park University.

Shanda McClaren

Senior Director of Colorado Services

Shanda has 17 years of experience working in the field of developmental disabilities.

As Senior Director for the Colorado Region, Shanda is responsible for development and oversight of services for people that ILC supports in Colorado.

She is passionate about assisting others attain a fulfilling and rich life.

In her free time, Shanda enjoys spending time with her two sons and dogs, volunteering, and riding her Harley.

Shanda attended Kearney State College.

Denise Kraus

Area Director of Southeast and Eastern Services

Denise brings 20 years of experience supporting people with developmental disabilities to her position as the ILC Director for the Southeast Area. 

Throughout her career, Denise has worked in nearly every service line and position, from direct support to administration. 

With so much experience, she prides herself in understanding the value in the services needed while creating unique supports in the ever-changing field of human services. 

When not at work, Denise enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two quick-witted boys.

Denise holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Relations from Doane University.

Tinera Rust

Area Director of Western and Central Services

Tinera’s career with ILC began in 2008. She started as a Direct Support Professional and immediately fell in love with the field. In this role, Tinera was responsible for leading the development of staff and managers in their pursuit of delivering the hopes and dreams of the people we support.

While working with ILC, she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. Additionally, Tinera became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in August of 2019.

When she is not working, Tinera enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids. They enjoy random trips, concerts, and anything outdoors (fishing, hunting, golf, softball and volleyball).

William (Bill) Arrants

Area President-Texas

Bill co-founded ILC with Joshua Midgett in 2006. Today he is the President of the Texas region, which means he is responsible for ensuring ILC meets its mission and core values while supporting people in Texas.

When Bill isn’t working, he can be found on the water — either fishing or boating with his friends and family.

Bill is married to Ashlynn and together they have two children Jacob and Andrew.

Bill graduated from Bellevue University with a degree in Health Care Management.

Leslie Boyer

Area Director of Northern Services

Leslie has been working in Human Services for several years.  She started with youth services and geriatric care while in college.  She has 2 years of experience in mental health field and 14 years of experience with developmental disabilities in the Northeast area. 

Human Services has always been her passion, helping others reach their full potential, while providing unique supports.  Leslie enjoys putting on community events, and advocating for those individuals served.

Leslie spends her free time with her blended family, her husband of 8 years and their 5 children.  Leslie enjoys camping, movies, and spending time with her friends.

Danelle Hibma

Area Director of Denver Metro - Colorado

Danelle has more than 21 years of experience working with people with developmental disabilities. Throughout her career she has worked in nearly every facet of services. Danelle has worked at ILC in several positions, including, most recently, as a Vocational Coordinator.

Danelle’s passion for serving people with I/DD began at a young age, as her family was involved in volunteering and assisting those with disabilities.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband going on adventures, as well as being creative (she’s a metalsmith!) and spending time with her nephews.

Alyssa Wilson

Area Director Northern Services - Colorado

Alyssa has been working for ILC since 2018 in a variety of roles and is now the Area Director of Northern Colorado services.

As Colorado services continue to grow, she is responsible in expanding our services north and produce quality staff to help people live their most fulfilling lives.

Alyssa studied social work and human services at Colorado State University. She has a passion for helping others and building great relationships with those we serve.

In her free time, she loves being active, finding hidden gems in the wonderful Colorado weather, and spending time with her friends and family.

Hope Mireles

Area Director of Colorado Springs - Colorado

Hope has been working with people with developmental disabilities since 2005. Hope has been a residential manager, a host home provider, and host home coordinator before becoming the Area Director for ILC.

Hope loves working with the population ILC serves and cannot see herself doing anything else.

Hope grew up in Colorado Springs, moved to Nebraska, and returned to the Springs in 2017. In her free time she enjoys reading, attending activities with her church, being outdoors, and spending time with her 8 grandchildren.
